1. About Crealotusbloom This webshop is operated by Crealotusbloom, a small independent art business run by one artist. (Simmo's art)

2. Products Crealotusbloom offers the following products:
- Mail club subscriptions (monthly)
- One-time mail purchases
- Art prints and originals (coming soon)
All items are created and dispatched by hand, so please allow some flexibility in processing times.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances.
4. Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to receive items already paid for. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
5. One-time Purchases One-time purchases can be cancelled only before the item has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order is final.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal As a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days on most products. However, custom-made or personalised items are exempt from this right. If you believe your item qualifies for return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns outside of your statutory rights.
7. Shipping Orders are shipped to the Netherlands and internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Processing times are 3–5 business days.
8. Liability Crealotusbloom is not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.
9. Disputes These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
