Subscription You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to receive the items you have already paid for, no partial refunds are issued for the current period. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

One-time purchase Items can also be purchased as a one-time order, with no ongoing commitment.

Cancellation of one-time purchases One-time purchases can be cancelled only if the item has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or returned, as we do not accept returns on our products.
